Already he is exhibiting his Junior Realtor training... He's disclosed that there is damage to the house and he's stating the house is being sold as-is.
The big problem is his subsequent real estate scam. He sold the house to his dad for three cents and then told him it would be ten dollars for a bill of sale. Hmm. I have no idea where he learned that!
