Greetings, travelers! If you've stumbled here from my Blogger profile I'll interrupt your perusing to say you might like my other blog, "On the Front Porch", better than this one. Originally this was intended for distant family and friends to keep them up to date on the daily minutia of our lives. I can't imagine why anyone else would care. When did Julius start wearing glasses? They look GREAT on him!
Probably about a month ago. He was complaining that one of his eyes was blurry. Turns out that eye is so bad the only letter he could see on the eye chart was the big E at the very top! He's considered "legally blind" in that eye. We're patching his good eye at night to try to improve the other one. He's okay with the glasses but hates the patch. It's only two hours each day but boy is it a trial.
He looks great with glasses, although they make him look older. He's growing up!! (WAAAH!)
