Are they grown in water? How neat. You know that's how you grow rice..you flood it out, it grows above the water, you flood it, it grows and so on until the rice is ready to pick :)
These didn't grow. I think they were too old. I ended up throwing them out. I'm wanting Julius to grown some alfalfa sprouts this year and try to sell them at the farmer's market. I don't know if they will sell around here though. People here don't really use alfalfa sprouts that much in their food.
Maybe I should try some sprouted grains instead and if nobody buys them I can bake some bread with them. I've never done any like that but I've heard about sprouted grain bread. Hmm.
